March 21, 1967 - Page 2 Mr. Mangani, Chairmaa of the Design and Platting Gommittee, reported receipt of three communications from the Planning Cotmonission. They have approved the Ballachiao subdivision consisting of three aubl6td;'they have appraved the Ray Dykes subdivision, also consiating of three sublots; and they have requested an indefinite pastponement on the Michael Varady request for rezon- ino. Mr. Ma.nRani moved that the Planniag Commisaion's request for postponement of cansideratian o£ the Michael Vaxady-;equest be granted. Motion was seconded by Mr. Weat. "Yese" Caeter, Eian, Foltz, Hodgine, Mangani, West, Mr. Weat reported on a meeti.ng he and the Mayor attended with home owners from Bretton Ridge Subdivisioa, with regard to the etate's proposal to move the interchange for I-80 from.McKenzie to Stearns Road. The State has retained consultants.to draw up several alter.nate plans for the proposed interchange, and a committee has been elected Erom the subdivieion to study the proposals.
