<br />adopting an organizational chart for the Bus Department of the City of North
<br />Olmsted to be headed by the Safety-Service Director, and in addition thereto
<br />providing positions for employees of this deparLment.
<br />Ordinance No. 67-92 was given its secand reading, as amended. E1n Ordinance
<br />amending Ordinance No< 66-121 enacted May 4, 1966, and entitled "An Ordinance
<br />to provide for the proper grading of.]and to provide for the drafnage of surfaee
<br />water within the City af North Olmsted, and_declaring an emergency",-and declar6
<br />ing an emergency, Mr. Caster.moved for suspension af the rule requiring three
