Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, <br />Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West. <br />Mr. Caster moved that Council accept the Equalization Board Report ov°errul- <br />ling objections to the estimated assessments as referred to in Resolution <br />65-278 amended by Resolution No. 66-193, which is for paving and construc- <br />tion of sidewalks and storm sewer inlets on Southern Avenue. Mation was <br />seconded by Mr. West. "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Mangaiil, <br />West. "Nay" Limpert. <br />Mr. West moved that the Law Director be authorized to accept payment of <br />$895.50 as settlement in our 1aw suit against the salt manufacturers. Mr. <br />Mangani seconded the motion. "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert <br />Mangani, West. <br />Mr. West requested that legislation be drawn amendt,ng Ordinance No. 66-56 <br />by changing "sumner band instructor" to "band director" and the amount of <br />pay be amended to $360 per year. <br />Mr. Mangani moved that Council be polled as to the recommendation of the <br />Public Parks, Property and Recreation Committee that theyapprove the <br />report of the PubZic Parks, Property and Recreation Connnittee as to the <br />summer vouth program and our desire to see it through. Motion was seconded <br />by Mr. West. "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Lfmpert, Mangani, West. <br />
