<br />Ordinance No. 67-86 was introduced by Mrs. Hodgins. An Ordinance authoriz-
<br />ing and directing the cancellation_of special assessments on permanent
<br />Parcel No. 237-19-16 being an assesameat for construction of a sanitary
<br />sewer lateral, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Hodgins moved for suspen-
<br />sion of the rule requiring three separate_readings, seconded by Mr.
<br />Mangani. Affirmative vote was Caster,.Eian, Foltz, Hodqins, Limpert,
<br />Mangani, West. Mrs. Hodgins then moved for adoption, seconded by Mr.

<br />Section 1 of Ordinance No. 67-13.2evying special._assessments tor the
<br />improvement o£ Mastick Road and certain other streets by constructing
<br />sanitary sewers to eorrect certain clerfcal errors in the assessment
<br />roll, and declaring an.emerqeacy. Mr. West moved for suspension of the

<br />inq. An Ordiaance adopting an organtzstionai chart for the Bus Depart-
<br />ment of the City of North Olmsted to be headed by Safety-Service Director,
<br />and in addition thereto providing pvsitions for employees of this department.
