<br />Ordinance Noo 67-74 was introduced by Mrm Mangani?, An 7rdinancz autriarizing the
<br />issuance of bonds by the City of North Olmsted for the purgose of consLricting,
<br />equipping and furrrishing a free public library building and improving the site
<br />thereaf, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Mangani moved tor suspension of the rule
<br />requiring three separate reaaings, seconded by Mre West. Affi-rmative vate was
<br />Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, Weste Mr. Mangani then moved
<br />for adogtion, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz,

<br />Mr. Mangani asked that a poll of Council be made with regard to the recommenda-
<br />tion of the Public Parks, Property and xecreation Com.-nittee to proceed with the
<br />driveway and parking area in the Clague Recreational Area off Carla Lane. The
<br />poll was taken with Caster, Eian, Foltz, Limpert and West in favor and rirso
<br />H6dgins and Mr. Mangani oppcsed. The recommendaticn of the Committee carried,
<br />and the Clerk was requested to advise the spokesman for the Carla Lane residents
<br />of the result by letter.
<br />In the discussion that followed, Mr. Mangani requested that tfie Safety-Service
<br />Director stud'y paving the driveway at the C1aQue Road entrance and fencing bath
<br />sides of the drivee Mayor Christman recommended that fu1T improvements, sidewalk,
<br />paving and fences bp installed.
<br />Mr. Caster moved that Council accept the recommendatinn of the Appointment Com-
<br />mittee that Mr. Eugene Barkhurst serve as trustee far the Bretton Ridge Home
<br />Owners Club9 Inc. Motion was seconded by Mr. Mangani. "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Foltz,
