<br />Mr. Lirrpert suggested that the various Boy Scout and Girl Scout leaders be
<br />reminded that Council wishes to recognize the achievement of Eagle and other
<br />high awards, and the Clerk was directed to so advise them.
<br />Mr. Caster referred to a request in the DecembEr 20th minutes for legislation
<br />changing the Platting Ordinance to require risers in swale at every other lot.
<br />This has been discussed with the Safety-Service Director and he will submit
