<br />curb connections, fioqether with all nqeessary appurtenances, and declaring
<br />an emergency. Mr. Caster moved for suspension of the rule requiring three

<br />Fiodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr. Caster then moved for adoption, seconded

<br />Ohio, by grading, draining, curbing and paving with concrete, together with
<br />all necessary appurtenances thereto, and declaring an emeFgency. Mr. Caster
<br />moved for suspension ofi the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded
<br />by Mr. Mangani. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Linpert,
<br />Mangani, West. Mr. Caster then moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Mangani.

<br />Mr. Lirrpert suggested that the various Boy Scout and Girl Scout leaders be
<br />reminded that Council wishes to recognize the achievement of Eagle and other
<br />high awards, and the Clerk was directed to so advise them.
<br />Mr. Caster referred to a request in the DecembEr 20th minutes for legislation
<br />changing the Platting Ordinance to require risers in swale at every other lot.
