<br />Ordinance No. 70-25 was introduc:ed by Mr. West. Aa Ordinance eatablishing
<br />the Orgsaization anel Coapasitior of the Po3ice Departmmt of the City of
<br />North Olmsted; establishing salaries of the members of the Police Depart-
<br />ment while on duty for the City of Nortt3 Olmsted; establishing the per
<br />diem allawance to be paid to the Police emploqeea while attending Folice
<br />School, and repealing Ordinance Na. 69-58, and declaring an emergency.

<br />At this time Mr. Limpert, Chairman Finance Comrsnittee, stated that there
<br />was a typographical error made oa 4rclinance 70-26 regardiag salaxq of
<br />Finauce Director. The firdf.aance shnuld read $I1,000.00 instead of
<br />$9,000.00, and asked that correction of exrox be made.
<br />Ordinance No. 70-27 was introduced by Mr. West. Aa Ordinance aclopting
<br />an Organizat3ona2 Chart far the Adm3.nistration to be headed by the Mayor
<br />as pravi.ded for in Articie 111, Section 1 through 5, inclusive, of the
<br />Charter of the City af Narth 0lmted, snd in addition thereta, prov3.ding
