<br />Mr. Prokasy then proposed lol,lowirrg amendments to Ordiusatae- No. 69-210,
<br />and each was voted on separately. as fol2vws:
<br />1) Amend Ordinance No. 69-210, page 7; Sectim..,1Q, 1205.07, P rkin ,
<br />paragraph A, final phrase, deleting "withi,a,.the oxtar3or walls of
<br />building." Mr. West then moved thia ameadmemt be adopted, seconded
<br />by Mr. Caster. "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limgert, Miller,
<br />rrokaey, west.
<br />2) Amend Section 13, page 8, 1246.02, Uaes Perad tted - Garden Type -
<br />up to "and iacludinS" 2 1/2 atorfes. Mr. EJeet then maved, seconded
<br />bq Mr. Caster, that this amsndmnt be adopted. "Yess" Caster, Eian,
<br />Hodgins, Liaopert, Miller, Prokasy, West.
<br />3) Amend 1305.09 (in fifth line of title of ordinance) to read 1205.09.
<br />Mr. Prokasy then moved for aclaptian of amendaent, secondsd by Mr. West.

<br />4) Amend page 2, Section 1125.62, Setback⢠Strike out "or in the case
<br />of an are street, measured from the radius of such arc." Intert -
<br />"or in the case of an sre street measured perpendlcular to the chord
<br />of the arc describing the front property line at ita tnid pofnt
<br />and measured from the chard Iine at its mid point or from the radius
<br />of the arc itaelf whichever gives the greater setback." Mr. Prokasy

<br />49 Ordinance No. 69-210 was then giwen its second reading, as amended. It
<br />had been introduced by Mr. Prokasy. An Ordinance amending Sections 1125.25,
<br />1125.62, 1133.10, 1133.13 (Sub-Paragraph A), 1141.08, 1153.05, 1157.41,
<br />1174.08, 1205.07 (Sub-Paragraph A), 1245.11 (Sub-Paragragh E), 1212.02
<br />(Sub-Paragraph C), 1215.01: and eaacting Sections 1133.17, 1205.09 (Sub-
<br />Paragraph F), 1206.01, 1206.02, 1206.03, 1205.04, 1206.05, 1206.06, 1206.
<br />07, 1206.08, 1206.09, 1206.10, 1206.11, 1206.12, 1206.13, 1206.14, 1206.
<br />15, 1206.16, 1206.17 and 1231.02 (sub-paxagraph B), of Ordinance No. 62-33,
<br />enacted June 19, 1962, entiCled "An Ordinance dividing the City of Horth
<br />Olmsted, Ohio, iato districts for the purpose of regKulating and restricting
<br />the location of buildings and ather etructures, and of premises to be used
<br />for tra@e, induatry, residence or other specified uses: regulating and li-
<br />miting the height of buildiags and other structures, regulating the bulk
<br />and location of buildings and other structures, the percentage of lot occu-
<br />pancy, set-back building lines and area of yards, courts and open spaces:
<br />providing for a method of administration: for an admfnistrative board:
<br />and for the imposition of penalties for violation and repealing previoue
<br />ordinances inconsistent therewith."
<br />Ordinance No. 69-211, which had been introduced by Mr. Limpert, was given
<br />its second reading, "An Ordinance authoriaing the Olmsted Hietorical Society
<br />to display for civic purposss Citq Property consisting of a horse-drawn
<br />hearse snd a 1929 Seagraves Fire Engine.
<br />Ordinance No, 69-212 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance traasferring
<br />appropriations and making additional appropriationa for current expenses
<br />and other expenditures for the City of Noxth Olmsted, Ohio, for the year
<br />ending December 31, 1969, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved for
<br />suspension of rule requiring three separate readinp,s, seconded by Mr.
