An Ordinance amending <br />Title 5, Chapter 1321, Sectian 1312.41 (Sub-Paragraph Q& S), Section <br />1312.02 (Sub-Paragraph A), Section 1321.03 (Sub-Paragraph A), and Sec- <br />tion 1312.04 (Sub Paragraph A), of the North Ulmsted Codified Ordin- <br />ances, and declaring an emergency.
