<br />bonds and of the levy and collection of special assesaments to paq the
<br />property owaers' portion of the cost of improving Porter Road and cer-
<br />tain other streets and public easeamte by canstructing aanitarp sewers,

<br />surfacing and restoration of drafnage facillties (Contract 11), and de-

<br />Title 5, Chapter 1321, Sectian 1312.41 (Sub-Paragraph Q& S), Section
<br />1312.02 (Sub-Paragraph A), Section 1321.03 (Sub-Paragraph A), and Sec-
<br />tion 1312.04 (Sub Paragraph A), of the North Ulmsted Codified Ordin-
<br />ances, and declaring an emergency. Mr. tJest moved for auegension of

<br />At thie point, and with reference to above passed ordinance, Mr. West
<br />said he would be requeeting legislation to set up a special fund tfl
<br />replace the former protection affarded by the performance bartd thgt
<br />City was no langer requiring, to reimburse people who have not received
<br />what they should have from the contractor.
<br />Ordinance No. 69-220 was introduced by Mr. Prokasy, and given its first
<br />reading, "An Ordinance amending tMe Zone Map adopted as part of the Or-
<br />dinance No. 62-33 (kaawn ss the Zoaing Code of the City of 13orth Olmsted)
<br />by changing the designaticm theraon of certain land fram its present dea-
<br />ignation thereon as a Resideace Single to Retail Business General.
