Bruce Kitchea, <br />Acting City Engiaeer Michael Karhan, Clerk of Cocmcil F2orence <br />Holm. <br />The minuCes of November 18th Council meeCing approved as written. <br />Mre. Hodgins, Chairman Liquor Contral Comteittee, said thie camm3ttee has <br />before it an application for a permit for James Rxoeger. Thep have ap- <br />proved same. <br />Mr. Caster, Chairman of Appointmsats, Industria7, Developmeat snd Municipal <br />Denelopment Committees, said Municipal Develapmnt Comittee had met Novram- <br />ber 25th Co discv:s legislattian accepting fer dedication Colcunbia Lands 1, <br />Z, 3 and 4; Sanda ]., 2 and 4. Thie legislat3an can naw procesd and will <br />have second reading tcnight. They also discussed ffnal assessment figure <br />for pover and Decker itoad eidswalks. <br />Mr. Limpert, Transportation Committes Chairman, sa#.d the mini buses appear <br />to be working out favorably, and are now in use in a.m. <br />Mr, West, Finance Chairman, said thia coemi.ttee met November 24th. They <br />diacussed vacations for City employees aa?d feel all City full-time emplcy- <br />ees should be plsced under one vacation ordiaance. T'hep are prnceediag to <br />combine them. Theq discusaed refuud for wator b311 on Mastick Rvad and <br />agreed tkat a refund of $30.00 should be msde. They discussed firaneiag af <br />s+snitary swers and cther baad issues, but need additional information from <br />Finance Director. It was sgreed that tte 1970 budget should include three <br />extra policemen's salaries. Also, that City should have an income Tax Ad- <br />ministrator instesd af a part-time person as provided naw, and that peracn <br />would be placed on an hourly raCe of $5.00 an hour. <br />Mr. Prokasy, Uesign and P1atCing Ehaitman, said Ordinaace No. 69-131 wanld <br />have ite second reading as aaiended tonight. Aleo on agenda tonight is Ord- <br />3nance No. 69-210, a new ardinancs to amend 2oning Ordinax?ce No. 62-33, by <br />changing setback regulatiaus, notice bq the Board of Appeals, providi,ng for <br />classificetion of mixad aultiple residence district and regulations thereto, <br />etc., but in no way chaaging land use of City, as it naw exiats. Plamm#ng <br />Comaission has approrred Ally Subdiviafarn No. 2 and Earl €nd Pear1 Si2k Sub- <br />diviffiion, and they are now in coaronittee for study. <br />Presidsnt of Couacil 0'Nei11 annomced that Ordinances No. 69-178 and 69-179 <br />which are on tonight's agenda, will nat bt on reading. <br />Addreesing Conncil: Mr. Earl TimDthy, 29863 Broxbourne, iuquired if City <br />has an agreement w3.th sa;tite" sewer contractc?r to protect property aBainst <br />damage. Maqor Christuaa said City does have such a coatract sthfch would <br />proteet City and praperCy owe:ere against claims for damage. Mr. Tixathq <br />also mentioaed condition af ditches in Garden City, and requested theq be <br />checked. <br />..
