<br />October 6, 1965, which amended Ordinance No, 65-44 enacted February 16,
<br />1965 which amended Ordinance No, 63-7 enacted January 2, 1963,which amend-
<br />ed Ordinance No. 3121 entitled, "An Ordinance relating to compensation of
<br />employees uf the Municipal Bus Line and declaring an emergency," and de-
<br />claring an emergency. Mr. taest moved for suspension of rule requiring
<br />three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Limperte Affirmative vote Caster,
<br />Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West, Mr. iaest then moved for
<br />adoption of Ordinance, seconded hy Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote Caster,

<br />Resolution No. 69-164 w$S introduced by Mrs. Hodgins and read in its
<br />entirety, "A Resolution commending David P. Blaine on the achievement
<br />of the Eagle Scout Award, and declaring an emergency." Mrs. Hodgins
<br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded
<br />by iMr, Prokasy. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller,
<br />ProkasyD West. Mrs. Hodgins then moved Resolution be adopted, seconded by
<br />Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller,
<br />Prokasy, Westo
<br />Resolution No. 69-165 was introduced bv Mr. Limpert, "A R.esolution com-
<br />mending Jerry Leuch on the achievement of the Eagle Scout Award, and de-
<br />clarinp an emergency," Mr, Limpert moved for suspension of rule requiring
<br />three separate readings, seconded by Mrs. Hodgins. Affirmative vote Caster,
<br />Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, prokasy, T1est. Mr. Limpert then moved for
<br />adoption of resolution, seconded by Mrs. Hodgins. Affirmative vote Caster,
<br />Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West. This resolution was read
<br />in its entirety by Mr. Limpert.
<br />Ordinance Nor 69-166 was introduced by Mr. Caster, An Ordinance determin-
<br />ing to proceed with the improvement of South Barton Road in the City of
<br />North Olmsted, Ohio, b_y constructing sidewalks, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Mre Caster moved for susnension of rule requiring three separate readings,
<br />seconded by Mra T^lest, Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Miller, Prokasy, West. Mr, Caster then moved for adontion of Ordinance,
<br />seconded by Mr. West, Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Miller, Prokasy, ?aest.
<br />Under old business, Mr. Miller asked Mr. Karhan about sidewalk in front of
<br />one lot on Brendan Lane. Mr. Karhan said Mr. Clingman has sold this accord-
<br />ing to Mrsa Clingman. He also asked about Mastic Road stables. Mayor said
<br />procedure has been started to evict present tenanta
<br />Mr. West asked P?ayar about Engoglia Subdivision. ?nThen can City go ahead Taith
<br />dedication, etc, Mayor said he'd contacted LaPonza, who said he was not go-
<br />ing ahead with nroject. Mayor then contacted George Maheim who has said Mr.
<br />LaPonza is going to do it and rlayor has asked for a definite time, Mr. West
<br />asked for this in writing and Mayor says this is what he is now waiting for.
<br />Under new business: Mr. T'est requested legislation to authorize Service
<br />Director to take bids for two 2-ton dump trucks and one 1-ton dumn truck;
<br />also legislation for salt and cinders for 1969-70.
<br />Mr. Eian requested legislation authorizing Building Commissioner to demolish
<br />Permanent Parcel No. 232-17-12, 4474 Porter Road.
