<br />Resolution Noo 69-151, which had been introduced by Mr. Prokasy, was
<br />given its second reading, "A Resolution a.ccepting for record purposes
<br />only the Clingman Subdivision,"
<br />Resolution Noo 69-156 was introduced by Mr. Caster, A Resolution declar-
<br />ing the intention of the City of North Olmsted that its Administrative
<br />Officers shall cooperate in a joint effort with neighboring communities
<br />to solve the storm water drainage problem now existing, and repealing
<br />Resolution No. 69-153, and declaring an emergency. Mr- Caster moved
<br />for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by
<br />Mr. Prokasye Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Limpert, Prokasy, Weste
<br />Mr, Caster then moved for adoption of the Resolution, seconded by Mra
<br />Prokasy. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Limpert, Prokasy, West,
<br />Ordinance Noo 69-157 was introduced by Mro Eian. An Ordinance amending
<br />Section 533.07 Paragraphs A and B(Codified Ordinances of the City of
<br />North Olmsted) of Ordinance No. 68-196, enacted November 11, 1968, and
<br />entitled "An Ordinance enacting Section 533.07, "Inhaling Toxic Vapors,"
<br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Eian moved for suspension of rule re-
<br />quiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative
<br />vote Caster, Eian, Limpert, Prokasy, Westa MrA Eian then moved for
<br />adoption of the Ordinance, seconded by Mr. Limperto Affirmative vote
<br />Caster, Eian, Limpert, Prokasy, West.
<br />Mr. West requested Clerk to read letter dated August 12, 1959 from Mr.
<br />Charles Yurick, State of Ohio, Dept, of Highways, on tentative dates for
<br />4D bids for I-80 in North Olmsted: "Based on current progress reports and
<br />work schedules for I-80 within N. Olmsted, have projected following ten-
<br />tative dates on which bids are to be received for construction contracts:
<br />Mastick Rde to Grace Ave. - 1-27-70; Grace Avee to Maekenzie Rd. - Aug.'70;
<br />Mackenzie Rd. to Cuyahoga County Zine - Sept. '700
<br />Mr. Prokasy requested legislation to approve construction of transmission
<br />line for CEI; legislation approving S,D.Cs, Ince Subdivision for record pur-
<br />poses only; legislation amending resolution approving Lake City Lands Re-
<br />Subdivision for record purposes on1y.
<br />Mr. Caster requested legislation to proceed with sidewalk construction on
<br />Esther, Virginia and Theresa Lane.
<br />Mr. Caster requested that there be a meeting of Municipal Development Com-
<br />mittee on September 17th with residents of Butternut Ridge Rdm regarding
<br />location of sidewalks on the south side of Butternut Ridge Rd. Meeting to
<br />be called for 8:00 p.m., City Hall. Clerk to request Engineering Department
<br />fior list of property owners in order that they may be notified of date of
<br />meeting.
<br />Mr. West moved that President 0'Neill, Councilmen Hodgins and Mr, Miller's
<br />absence be excused. Seconded by Mr, Limperto "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Limpertt
<br />Prokasy, West.
<br />Mr. West moved, seconded by Mr. Limpert,that meeting be adjournede "Yeas"
<br />Caster, Eian, Limpert, Prokasy, West. Meeting adjourned to call of Clerk
<br />at 8:40 p.m.
