<br />At this point, the Clerk of Council requested opportunity to make clear that
<br />at date Ordinance 69-129 was introduced to Council meeting, all of the Council-
<br />men's copies of this ordinance had proposed zone map attached, as did the Clerk's
<br />original copy of legislation and also has continued to have attached from that
<br />time on.
<br />Mr. Prokasy requested poll be taken of Council to determine if each Council mem-
<br />ber has a copy of Ordinance No. 69-129 and 69-131, with Zone Map attached to
<br />Ordinance No. 69-129. "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy,West.
<br />Resolution No. 69-148 was introduced by Mr. West. A Resolution determining to pro-
<br />ceed with the election upon the proposed issue of bonds for the purpose of construct-
<br />ing and equipping two outdoor swimming pool-ice rink facilities and an indoor swim-
<br />ming pool with related facilities, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved for
<br />suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Prokasy.
<br />Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West. Mr. West
<br />then moved for adoption of resolution, seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote
<br />Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West.
<br />Resolution No. 69-149 was introduced by Mr. West. A Resolution determining to
<br />proceed with the election upon the proposed issue of bonds for the purpose of
<br />acquiring real estate and developing it for recreational purposes by construct-
<br />ing and equipping athletic fields, play-grounds, shelters, recreation center,
<br />and picnic areas, together with parking and other site improvements, and declar-
<br />ing an emergency. Mr. West moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate
<br />readings, seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Lim-
<br />pert, Miller, Prokasy, West. Mr. West then moved for adoption of resolution,
<br />seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller,
<br />Prokasy, West.
<br />Resolution No. 69-150 was introduced by Mr. West. A Resolution determining to
<br />proceed with the election upon the proposed issue of bonds for the purpose of
<br />acquiring the property known as the Spring Vale Country Club and other adjacent
<br />property for recreational purposes, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved
<br />for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Prokasy.

<br />then moved for adoption of resolution, seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote

<br />Resolution No. 69-151 was introduced by Mr. Prokasy and given its first reading,
<br />"A Resolution accepting for reco7cd purposes only the Clingman Subdivision." Mr.
<br />Prokasy moved, seconded by Mr. West, to refer this Resolutton to the Planning Com-
<br />mission. "Yeas" Caster, Eian, HeAgIAt.s, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West.
<br />Resolution No. 69-152 was introduced by Mr. Prokasy. A Resolution accepting for
<br />record purposes only the Hayes Corporation Subdivision, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Mr. Prokasy moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, sec-
<br />onded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Pro-
<br />kasy, West. Mr. Prokasy then moved for adoption of resolution, seconded by Mr.
<br />Caster. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West.
<br />Resolution No. 69-153 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A Resolution declaring the
<br />intention of the City of North Olmsted that its administrative officers shall
<br />4D cooperate in a join? effort with the neighboring communities to solve the storm
<br />water drainage problem now existing, and declaring an emergency.
