<br />the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of N•-rth O.lmsted, dur-
<br />ing the Year 1969, all tax maney due and owing said City from any coliectian
<br />source, and de?_laring an emergency. Mr. West moved for suspension of rule
<br />requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative
<br />vote Caster, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, West: Mr. Wes[ then moved for
<br />adoption of Resolution, 5ecanded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote

<br />Ordinance Nlo. 69-7 was intYOduced by Mr. West, An Ordinance to make
<br />appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures fcr the City
<br />of IvTorth Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1969, and de-
<br />claring an emergency. Mr. West moved for suspension of rule reyuiring
<br />three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote
<br />Caster, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, West. Mr. West then moved for adoption
<br />of Ordinance, seconded by Mr- Limpe.rt, Affirmative vote Caster, Hodgins,
<br />Limpert, Prokasy, West.
<br />Under old business, Mr. 0'Neill requested that the request menrioned in
<br />Mayor Christman's letter of December 12th relative to the "triangle"
<br />be put in Public Parks, Property & Recreation Committee for study.
<br />Mr. West inquired what action had been taken on the spelling of West-
<br />minster Drive. In response to question, Law Director Kitchen commented
<br />that this street had been accepted for record purposes under originat
<br />spelling, and so should be dedicated this way. However, since there is
<br />a petition from more than two-thirds of the residents on the streec for
<br />change in spelling, afCer dedication legislation could be requested for
<br />change in spelling of the street's name, Mr. West then request.ed legis-
<br />lation to change spelling of street to "Westminster."
<br />Mr. West asked Mayor about service station on Decker.
<br />Mr. Limpert inquired as to how we are doing with traf£ic pattern in
<br />Ureat Northern aYea; also, h2 said he thinks the marking of "left-turn"
<br />on Dover Road is rather confusing, and suggested it be marked more
<br />clearly.
