, Council Minutes of 11--1C.-71 -2- Service Lirector Caster reported he has submitted to the Finance Comnittee a revision to the drganizatianal Chart for the Public tiorks Division which had been revfewed earlier in the year. T2r. 5geedling, Chairman Enviranmental Control Coeamittee, reported he is in receipt of conaauaication fram City of Brookpark regarding next meeCing of the Aviation Arearaide Coordination Committee which is to be held on iVovember 23, 1971, at Brookpark City Hall, and he urlll be in aCtendance. Pending Mr. West's arrival, Mr. Speedling reparted that the Building, Zoning &Development Committee met on Navember 11, 1971 and reviewed and di,scussed the follawinge 1) Sohio Car tlash layout; 2) Sands Subdivisi4n No, 3 and Olmsted idoods Subdivisioa and will request legislation to ded-Lca.te both of these subdivisions under new business; 3) re - nauae cha'ig,e of Gzeat vorthern Blvd. from itennedy F.idge Road to Shapping Center to be changed to Victaria Lane. Wi11 request ].egialakion under new business; 4) re - Sandp Ridge Subdivision 9-10-11-12 - motion will be made later in meeting. Councilmen Grady and West are nm7 present. Mr. Grady, Chairman Intra Governmental Relationa & Legislatian Gomnittee, reported this Committee and Council Members met with people to discuss proposed ordinamce regardin; the presence of carnivale at Shapping GenCer or aapwhare within City. Came to conclusion that it would be for Che good of all coucerned if or8insnce were studied further and revised snd are in process of doing same. °residenC Pro Tem Iiodgins stated Public Safety, Health & Glelfare Committee did not meet but that Tx. Boehmer has reporC on part of that Committee. 24r. Boehmer sfiated he ttas a report on the D-1 and D-2 permit for 5zarka's Hunaarian Restaurant at 29691 Lorain Rd. He inspecCed the premises aond premises seem to be in ordsr; there wi11 be amgle parking, and reconimnda- tion to Gouncil is that this be approved. President k'ro Tem Hodgins reported that the Recreation, Public Parks & Building Committee has legislation oM agenda. No one addressed Council. An Ordinance consenting to the removal of snaw and ice frcrm aertatin sCreeCs and roads by the Board of Couatp Canamissioners of Cuyahaga Cavnty, Ohio. Mr. Boehmer moved fQr adoption of Ordi.nance, seconded bp Mr. WesC. Affirma- tive vote Boeh'4ers Gradq, Hadgina, Prokasy, Speedling, West. Motion carried.
