West gave brief bsckground on cluster Subdivisian 9-10-II-12 which was rejected by the Flanning Commission because of questian an the land and locat3an of land to be donated to the Citq. This has been hefore the Building, Zaning & 13evelopuemt Committee who made suggesticrns ia the change of the land and developers have cone back with a rev3sed narcel. At this time Mr. '.qest moved a resolutian that Council acceot the reaisian in the land to be donated to the City wzder cluster developmeat in conneetion with Sandq Ri.dde Subdiv#.sian 9-10-12 and 12, and thst theae plans be resubmitted ta the Planninr Coiamf.ssion for their action.
