This has been hefore <br />the Building, Zaning & 13evelopuemt Committee who made suggesticrns ia the <br />change of the land and developers have cone back with a rev3sed narcel. <br />At this time Mr. '.qest moved a resolutian that Council acceot the reaisian <br />in the land to be donated to the City wzder cluster developmeat in <br />conneetion with Sandq Ri.dde Subdiv#.sian 9-10-12 and 12, and thst theae <br />plans be resubmitted ta the Planninr Coiamf.ssion for their action.
