<br />Mr. Limpert moved that the Finsmce Director be requested to furnish Fiscal
<br />Officer's Certificate in canneetion with Ordinance No. 71-142. Motion waa
<br />secanded by Mr. Gradq. Affirmative vate Baehmez, Grad3+, Rodgins, Limpert,
<br />Prokasy, Speedling, West. Motioa carried. Mr. Gerlach fuxrntshed Fiscal
<br />Officer's Certificate.
<br />Ordinance No. 71-142 w" intraduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance to prov3d,e
<br />for the issuauce of nates ia anticipation af the issuance of bonds far
<br />the purpose of purehasing six new buass for u$e in the opersticm of the
<br />North 0lmeted Municipal Coseh Line, and declaring an emergency. Mr. tdest
<br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings. Motion
<br />was secmded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote Boehmex, Gradp, Aodgias,
<br />Limpert, Prokasy, Speedling, West. ti=. tJesC moved for adapticn of Ordinanco.

<br />Ordinance No. 71-143 was introduced by Mr. West and giwen its first resding.

<br />designation therevn as B Residence 3ingle Diatrict Co Mixed Use IIiatrict.
<br />Mr. West stated the Public Haaring set for November 4, 1971, is cancelled
<br />inasmuch as ordinance has to have had aecond reading before pubiic hesring
<br />date is set.
<br />At this time Mr. Grady ascertained that Council had received correspondence
<br />ead copy of legislation pertefning to Resolution No. 71-144.
