Council Miautes of 8-3-71 <br />Mr. West, Chairmaa Building, Zoniag & Development <br />Commlttee reported Che followf.ng: <br />Psge -2- <br />Comai.ttee and Transportation <br />1) Building, Zoning & Iievelcapment Comittae held $ Public Hesaring on <br />3uly 26, 1971, on praposed hi-rise between M#,11 Road and Lorain Road. <br />Committee will make recametndatioa to Council on prapased razonSng at <br />next Council meeti.ng, Auguat 17, 1971. <br />2) Committee met an July 38, 1971, with cievelopers of Shopping Cetnter <br />area ta discuss propcssd resoaftg of snaall parcel cf ground in back ot <br />Kennedy Ridge. Meeting was at tha devslopar's requtst amd they proposed <br />a comprtrmise on the reaaning. AnoCher gublic hearing will be held to <br />discuss same. <br />Mr. West advised last night he received cogp of the North Olmted Citiams <br />Advisary Comittee on Lamd Ust Zatssim Ropcsrt, which Council received copy <br />o£ this evening. Thia Advisosq Gomittee has held weskly meeCiuge since <br />it arss formed at Council's raquest l.set January, and r*presents rost of <br />the subdivisions in City, I.oraia Road, al.so st large soabtrs.
