Mrs. Renyon, 28206 Narth Park Drive, comncnted on ditch in rear of her property; states it ia not clean water and black ail is runniag through ditch; requested ditch be clesned and enclosed. Service Director Caater and Mr. West explained the policy of the City whereby if the property owners would be ail2ing to pary far the pipt the City will install same. Discussion ccntinued. $ffort ai11 be made to clean up the oii, etc.; determit?e what size culvert and cost, etc. Service Director Caster said he will be out to inspect same ia the aionzing.
