Mr. Boehmer novsd for adoption of Qrdinance. Motian <br />was seconded by Mr. Weat. Affirmsti+ve voCe Boehmer, Hodgins, Li.mpext, <br />Prakasy, Speedling, Weat. Mation carried. <br />Resolution No. 71-70 which was igtroduced by Mr. Boehmer was givea its <br />second reading. A Re;solutfon directing the City Faigiaeer to prepare <br />plaus and specificatioas for the repaix end coastruction of sidewalks <br />within the City of ldorth 4limted during the year 1971. <br />Ordinance No. 71-71 which was intraduced by Mr. Boehmer esas given its <br />second reading. A Resoiutioa authorising the Finance Director to refund <br />to the awners of permanent parcel No. 234-22-21 the sum of $313.20 assessed <br />in error. <br />Resolutioa No. 71-73 which was introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its <br />secoad reading. A Resolution nemorializing the Ohia General Assemb1y to <br />adapt legislstion to ammd ths dhio Conetitntion so as Co give relief <br />to the individual taxgager as oppo:ed to comaercial and industrial <br />propertq owners. <br />Ordinance No. 71-74 which waa introduced by Mr. Grady was given ita ascond <br />reading. An Ordinance autharizing sad directing the compulaory retirramnt <br />for all full time ciCy emplcrye" 1ipOil 8tt8iAiA$ the age af sixty five (65) <br />and repealing Ordinance No. 56-4, enacted Februarq 1, 1966. <br />Ordinance No. 71-75 was introduced by Mr. Prokasy. An Ordinance <br />authorizing and directing the Mupcr of the City of North Olmted to <br />enter fato an agresmmt for the establishaent of a regianal Couacil af <br />Goverameats, and declaring an emergencq. Mr. Prokasy moved for suspensian <br />of rule requiring three separate readings. Motian was seconded bq Mr. <br />West. Affirmative vote Baehmer, Hodg3ng, Limpert, Prokasy, Speadling, 14est. <br />Mr. Prokssy moved for adoption of Ordi.naunce. Motion xas +aeconded bp tft. <br />West.
