'iodgins questioned if Planning Comnissian are tonsidering purchase <br />of SealCest property propQSal at next meetin.a.. It Taas explained the <br />necessary information cfas not mads available to the Planaing Comnissian <br />in ti.me for their last meeting, but it should be up before Planning <br />Commission at their next meeting. <br />Under Nec7 Business: Mr. Boehmer discussed the complaints he has receiaed <br />from residents on North Porter Road concerning the Coffee House. Mr. <br />Boehmer T3ould 11ke to set up a meeting with Admiaistration, Cocuicil and <br />the residents in an attempt to solva some of the problems. Discussion <br />continued between Mayor Christman aud Mr. Boehmer as to complaints, <br />service Co£fee House provides, policing of the area, etc. Phr. West <br />pointed out that Council's job is to pas3s legislation but that Cauncil <br />would be happy to aieet with the residents. Air. Prokasy suggested the <br />meeting to include Council, Administration, Safety Forces, resi8ents, <br />representaCives of the Coffee House aad representative of NODAC. <br />tfr. Vest requested legislation proposing rezoning of piece of property <br />on Great Norrhern B].vd. fram B Residence to Mixed Use; legislation to <br />approve Sandq Ridge Re-Subdivision No. 2; legislation approving Biskind <br />Subdivision at West Park & Lorai.n Roads. <br />Iir.
