<br />23. If Ord. No. 71-4 passed, the rstes would ndt go into effect untii
<br />30 days. By passing Ord. Ado. 71-23 the rates will become effective March
<br />1, 1971, which is agreeruent to coincide caith Fairview.

<br />the Mayor to entex into a caatract with the City of Faixviesw Park for the
<br />purpooe of increase in fares on the North Olmsted Municipa2 Bus Lineo, and
