Tushar, 4525 Mfchael Drive, covzented on ordinance pzevidiag for <br />cancellation of a;xeement with Central Collection Agency and measurea that <br />are being taken regarding the ending of tax reciprocity were discussed. <br />Mr. W. Nea1e, 5350 Hampton Drive, commented on ordi.snartce regarding i.ncrease <br />in transportation fare of bus line; di.scussed the purchase of new buses; <br />voted increase in millage; and repair of Lorain Road. <br />Mr. L. P2cGi11, 5185 Devon Drive, presented to Couxicil a letter recommsttding <br />an irmed:Cate petition Co Governor Gilligan to make available to the City <br />Interaal Reveaue Ma metic tapes. A2so presented his recommendations on <br />secaer assessment in letter. <br />President 0'Neill referred letter to the Finance Committee and Streets & <br />Drainage Committee for study, etc. <br />Mx. M. Hatch, 3581 Hunter Drive, stated that the first reeomendation made <br />in the Jaycee tax study a year ago was that an audit shauld be made of <br />citizens living in North Olmsted because some people are not paying the 1% <br />tax to the City; discussed tax to the City and also reported on the recent <br />Jaycee tax study in Columbus and to task force of Governor Gilligan. <br />A. Stratman, 23305 Lorain Rd., talked about the lack of heat in her apartment <br />in past Taeek. It i-yas verified there is an ordinance as to provision and <br />degree of heat and t?iis matter will be checked into. <br />Mr. K. Estes, 5364 Hampton Drive, requeated informat3on be made availuble <br />as to installation of water meters for outside waterin$.
