An Ordinance <br />authvriziag the Director of Public Service to contract for the repair <br />of the Allis-Chalmer front end lc3ader used at the sewage Treatment Plant <br />withaut advertising for bids, and declariag an emergency. Mr. Limpert <br />moved for suspension of rule raquiriag three separste readings. Mation <br />was seconded by rir. Grady. Motion carried. <br />Under C?d Business Mr. Limpert requested legislation setting asaessment <br />rate ort property located on Southern mnd Decker - Phillips property. <br />Mr. Casrer presented forms which are part of application for refund of <br />City expenses relative to storm of July 4, 1969. With change in Service <br />Director forms have been submitted for signatures. Mr. Caster requested <br />three Councilmen who were on Counc3.l in 1969 to sign same. <br />Under New Business Mr. Limpert made amotion that Council formally recognize <br />the achievement of Detective Gannon? aad the Police Department in a letter. <br />Motion was seconded bq Mr. Boehmer.
