<br />reading. An Ordinance authorizing the Maqor to aceept real property on
<br />North Park Drive for street purposes.
<br />Qrdinance No. 70-191 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. An Ordinance
<br />authvriziag the Director of Public Service to contract for the repair
<br />of the Allis-Chalmer front end lc3ader used at the sewage Treatment Plant
<br />withaut advertising for bids, and declariag an emergency. Mr. Limpert
<br />moved for suspension of rule raquiriag three separste readings. Mation
<br />was seconded by rir. Grady. Affirmative vate Boahmer, Grady, Aodgins,
<br />Linpert, Prokasy, Speedlfng, Weet. Mr. L3mpert moved for adopticm of

<br />Resolution No. 70-192 was introduced bq Mr. Limpert. A Resolutian accepting
<br />the amouats and rates as detes-mined bq the Budget Commiasion and authorizing
<br />the necessarq tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor. Mr.
<br />Limpert moved for suspeasian of rule requiring three separate read3ngs.

<br />Limpert, Prokasq, Speedling, Weat. Mr. Limpert moved for adoption of

<br />expenses and other expenditures €or Che Gity of North Olmsted, Ohio, far
<br />the year ending December 31, 1970, and declaring an emergencq. Mr. Limpert
<br />moved for auspension of rule requiring three separate readings. Motion
<br />was seconded by Mr. Gradq. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Grady, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Prokasy> Speedliag, tdest. Mr. Limpert nroved for adoption of Ordinance.

<br />Under C?d Business Mr. Limpert requested legislation setting asaessment
<br />rate ort property located on Southern mnd Decker - Phillips property.
<br />Mr. Casrer presented forms which are part of application for refund of
<br />City expenses relative to storm of July 4, 1969. With change in Service
<br />Director forms have been submitted for signatures. Mr. Caster requested
<br />three Councilmen who were on Counc3.l in 1969 to sign same.
<br />Under New Business Mr. Limpert made amotion that Council formally recognize
<br />the achievement of Detective Gannon? aad the Police Department in a letter.

<br />Limpert, Prokasy, Speedling, West. Motfon carried.
<br />Mr. TJest requested legislation to raise the fares of bus line effective
<br />March 1, 1971, by IOC on normal fares and SC on passes and tokens.
