At this time Mr. Prokasq read the resolution commending Kertis Limpert on the achievement of the Eagle Scout Award in its entiretq. Under Old Business: Mr. West reminded everyone of the Public Hearing date December 10, 1970, 8:00 p.m., City Hsll, on Ordiaance 70-167. Mr. L•impert asked Mr. Castex if there was any reason for the delay in cannection with repairs on Lorain Road which were authorized. Mr. Caster stated there were several reasons: 1) trying to come up wfth a better drainage plan; splitting drainage pattern and possibly puttiag in another catch basin and (2) reluctant to tear up the street for fear of not getting blacktop.' He com@ented that Hart Constructiat went for ten daqs this past period waiting for blacktop fram the slag plants. Seetas to be a shortage of oil.. Mr. Limpert stated he would like it for the record that there was na intent ta override Mr. West's authority ar privilege regarding motian on Ord. 70- 166. It was strictly a mistmderstanding. Mr. Prokasy moved to adjourn meeting. Motion was secoaded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote Baehmer, Grady, Hodgina, Limpert, Prokasy, Speedling, West.
