He staCed his Coamittee has not seen the plsns <br />and does not knaw what they are like. The P1anning Commission hao appraved <br />the plans. Mr. West explaised the procedure after Pl$naing Cc>nmissiaa has <br />approved plans. Inasmueh as the Engineering Departtment has some questions <br />with regard to drainage, Mr. Wtst and his Commi.ttee do, not waat to see the <br />plans uatil the Engineering DegartmenL ia aatisfied that these plaus can <br />meet all of the requirements of our Codee ia good interest.
