Motivn was secanded bp Mr. Boehu»er. <br />Iir. West asked what is the purpoae of the motian because whether it is on <br />first resding or second reading, it af€ects nothing. Mr. Limpert stated his <br />reason for the motion is that #t gives us a little more time in consideration <br />to people who are invalved and auaq atrengthen suggesticans to C.E.I. for <br />quick results and recomoeredatims. Mrs. Hodgins suggested Ordinance be put <br />back into Comaittee. President Fro Tem Prokasy said 3t will stay in Caemnittee. <br />Roll Call on Motion: Affirmattve vote: Boehmer, Grady, Hodgins, Limpert, <br />Prokasy, Speedling. Negative vote West. 6 Yeas - 1 Nay - Motion carried. <br />Ordinance No. 70-167 which had beea introduced by Mr. West was given its <br />second reading. An Ordinance ammding the ?one Map adapted as part of <br />Ordinance No. 62-33 (kncywm as the Zvning Code of the City of North O1mBted) <br />by changing the designation thereon of certaia land fram the preseut d.esigna- <br />tion thereon as General Retsil Business District and B Rresidence District <br />to Mixed Use District. <br />At this point Mr. tdest set a Public Hearing date on Ord. 70-167 on Decenber <br />10, 1970, 8:00 P.M., City Hall. <br />Resolution No. 70-170 was introduced by Mrs. Hodgins. A Resolution declaring <br />a 1955 Osgood, Mpde2 200, Bacichoe as surplus persanal property and authvrizing <br />the Service Disectox to dfspose of same, and declarin$ an emergency. Mrs. <br />Hodgins moved for suspenafcm of rule requiring three separate readings. M+ation <br />seconded by Mr. Boehaer. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Grady, Hadgins, Limpert, <br />Prokasy, Specdling, 14est. Mrs. liodgins moved for adoption of Resalutioa. <br />14otion was seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmuative vote Boehmer, Grady, Hodgins, <br />Limpert, Prokasy, Speedling, West. Motion carried. <br />Resolution No. 70-171 was introduced by Mr. West and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution accepting for recording purpases only the Kemper Subdivision. <br />Resolution No. 70-272 was intxoduaed bp Mr. West and given its first reading. <br />A Resalution accepttng for recordiug purposes only the re-subdivisian of <br />0lmsted Woods Subdivision an Bellevues Drive and Paisley Drive and approving <br />the improvement plans of said stabdivision. <br />Ordinanee No. 70-173 was introduced by Mx. West. An Ordinance establishing <br />40 compensation to be paid to ths MatitRtenaxtce Employees of the North Olnsted <br />Municipal Bus Line, aaa repesiing ordinance No. 70-100, enacted July 7, 1970. <br />Mr. West moved for susgension of rule ttsquiring three separate readin$s.
