C;omw3ttee al:o recoa0ends the apprmral of the <br />parking of the West Shcre C,uf.dande Center. <br />Mr. West made a motion that Coumcil go on record as approviag the psskiag <br />of the West Shore Guidance Ceuter. Motion was secoaded by Mr. Sgeedlfng. <br />At this time Mr. Gradp asked if this is pertaining to the garking onlq. Mr Shumsy <br />reqnested Council to considex thia petition. <br />Mapor Christman steted this is in connection with the resurfacing and <br />regradiag after sewer oonstruction and this would be the installation of <br />roadaic'!e ditches. It vss decided that these ditches are needed Co keep the <br />roaeiways well drsined and the plans that we axe workin$ an nm €or the <br />instsllation of the seswers do include these ditches. Ae further stated it <br />wota,id probabl,y take some sort of aetion bq Council if they chase not to do <br />it at thi.s point. Al.so, Mayoz Christman said he wauld recommend that scrme <br />sort of drainage be cut alongside the paveamt to protect the paveomt and <br />the road. <br />Mr. West inquired if samaase had been out to show the pecrple What the <br />c- drainage ditches or males aould laok like.
