C;omw3ttee al:o recoa0ends the apprmral of the parking of the West Shcre C,uf.dande Center. Mr. West made a motion that Coumcil go on record as approviag the psskiag of the West Shore Guidance Ceuter. Motion was secoaded by Mr. Sgeedlfng. At this time Mr. Gradp asked if this is pertaining to the garking onlq. Mr. West stated that is all we have an this particular plan. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Gradq, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, Speedling, West. Mr. WesC, continuing his report, stated Committee agreed to approve the Ponderasa layout and parking. Mr. West nade a motion that Couacil go on record as approviitg the pazking of the Foncterosa Reatauraat. Mation was seccmded by Mr. Bcteltmer. We teave never had sny standing water problem." Mr Shumsy reqnested Council to considex thia petition. Mapor Christman steted this is in connection with the resurfacing and regradiag after sewer oonstruction and this would be the installation of roadaic'!e ditches. It vss decided that these ditches are needed Co keep the roaeiways well drsined and the plans that we axe workin$ an nm €or the instsllation of the seswers do include these ditches.
