Eaginesxing Department has shat grades thraugh to the culvert at 220 St. in Fairview and iatend to go ftirthser with that. Fairview is not particularly interested in our problem to the exteat that theq will rebufld a lot of culverta, but agreed to work with the C:ity in any way they can. Mr. Brewer brought up possibilitq of sidewa2ke being installed on empty lots. This was dlscussed latst 4'all and questioned status of sme.
