Mr. Karhan commented on the rainy weather and <br />stated progress is being made. <br />Under New Business: <br />Mr. Giessen requested legislation for change the swimRing pool ordinance <br />for two schedule of fees - Public swimming pool - $40.; private swio~ing <br />pool - $15. <br />Mr. West requested legislation to revise the ordinance providing for <br />Secretary to Commissions to also include pexfarming secretarial services <br />for Citizens Committee on Land Use in conjunction with 701 Grant Meetings <br />and reimbursement therefor. <br />Mr. West announced the Building, Zoning & Development Committee will ~eC <br />on October 12, 1972, at 7:00 P.M., City Hall. <br />Mr. Speedling requested legislation authorising the City to enter into a <br />contract for North 03.znsted Bus Lf.ne advertising. <br />Mr. Lampert scheduled a Finance Committee meeting on October 10, 1972, <br />1:30 P.M., City Hall. <br />Mr. Boehmer moved that meeting be adjourned, seconded by Mr. West. Affirs~ative <br />vote Boehmer, Giessen, LSmpert, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling, West. Motion <br />carried. <br />Meeting adjourned to the call of the Clerk at 9:05 P.M. <br />Nora T.
