<br />Prokasy, 5peadliag. Negative vote: Beringer. Mr. Prokasp moved for adoption
<br />of Resoultion, seconded by Mr. Giesser.
<br />Mrs. Saringer discussed the necessity of purchasing the property, etc. with
<br />Mayor Christman.
<br />Roll Call on Motion: Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giesser, Li~aert, Proka$y,
<br />Speedling. Negative vote: Saringer. 5 Yeas - l Nay -Motion carried,
<br />Resolution No. 72-155 was introduced by Mr. Prokasy. A Resolution submitting
<br />the question of an additional tax levy for the purpose of improving tba storm
<br />water drainage system by constructing and enlarging storm sewers earl culverts,
<br />deepening and widening ditches and watercourses, and acquiring necessary
<br />interests in real estate in conaectica~ therewith pursuant to tlhio wised Code
<br />Section 5705.19 (R) and declaring an e~asr~cy. Mr. Prokasq aov+ed for ~- ion
<br />of rule requiring three separate readtgs, seconded by Mr. Boehtirer. Affirmative
<br />vote Boehmer, Giesser, Li~ert, Prokasp, Beringer, Speedling. Mr. Prok~p moved

<br />Under Old Business: Mrs. Saringer referred to light on Claque Rd. near
<br />playground she had questioned. Inquired if this had been checked into and
<br />if same could be included in next peer's budget if necessary. Mr. Boehmer
<br />stated this will be taken up at next Committee meeting.
<br />Under New Business: Mr. Boeh~r asked the Safety Director if permission has
<br />been given by the City for people to park their cars at the Sealtest Bldg.
<br />He stated there were 2Q cars parked tyre last Rridap and people milling around
<br />the building. Safety Director Carnahan stated no permission has been given and
<br />will check into same.
<br />Mrs. Beringer stated she has had a request for a traffic light at Bentley &
<br />Lorain Rd. Asked if this would be taken into consideration. Mr. Lim~ert
<br />referred matter to Mr. Boehmer, Charmao Public Safety, Realth & Welfare
<br />Committee.
<br />Mr. Boehmer called for a Public Safety, Health 6 Welfare Committee meeting on
<br />September 25, 1972, 8:15 P.M., City Hall
<br />Mr. Prokasy made a motion to excuse the absence of President O'Neill sand CoWatcil-
<br />man West. Motion was secx~ded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Giesser,
<br />Lampert, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedliag. Motion carrel.
<br />Mr. Boehmer made a motion that meeting be adjourned, seconded by Mr. Prokasp.
<br />Affirmative vote Boehmer, Giesser, Li~rert, Prokasy, Beringer, Sp~dling. Motion
<br />carried.
