Mr. west made a motion that Coa~tcil approve the parking layout of the expansion of Chef Beare. Motion was seconded bq Mr. Boshmer. Affirmative vote Bo~rmer, Giesser, Limpert, Prokssq, Beringer, Sp~dling, wit. Motion carried. 2) traffic sarvsq awl parking for Grace Manor Candosinium setup. Mr. west made a motion that Council approve the parking lagout for Grace Manor. Motion was seeded bq Mr. &~elsrer. Mr. Giesser stated he believes this proposal does create a traffic problas on Grace Road. In view of the fact that it has been ac:ered far apartment use there is nothing that Cecil can reatlq do, but Mr. 6lesser thinks this is another indication of ~:~yhere the City should again take a Zook at some of the zoning especially around Brookpark Rd. Roll Call on Motion: Affirmative vote: Boehffier, Giesser, Lampert, Prokasq, 5aringer, Speediing, West. Motion carried. 3) proposed ,~endmeat to the plat of Zehman, ?wolf & Shera-an S~divisions No. 1 and 2. This is called West 308 St. off South Barton goad. Tlreq want to change the location of the street. will request legislation for vacation of part of the street and a relocation plat. 4) reviewed with architect the proposed Police Station layout, both floor pleas sad architect sketches and location. Coamittee approved the setup as architect has presented it. Mr. West made a motion that Police Station plaers be submitted to Plao~ng Commission for their review. Motion Was smmcooded by Mr. Hoel~as.
