He stated West Park Farastt Ridge Civic Assn. is in <br />complete cancurrence with Mr. Tubbs. Mr. Spaatth gueatloned wit Coemty <br />doss to get a consent; also oncx: the approval is given satin the t be <br />not given. Mr. Spaeth discussed the intercdufage~s. Mr. Spaedling discussed assting held and Jane 12th <br />with the Civic Associations, etc. Mr. Speedling said he is going to wait <br />until the July 10th Puiblic S+saring before he makes any ~vu1~t>st on this. <br />It was pointed nut that the City is still in control as the consent ordinance <br />has not been requested. <br />Mr. Liitq+ert discussed rescinding the approval to give City more atredgth <br />in avant they refuse consent. Mr. Limpert said he will request legislation <br />to rescind approval of Stearns Rd. under new business. <br />Mr. Henry Colp, Dawn Drive, discussed the proposed method of draining the <br />Dawn Drive area as recomt~rended by the Engineering Departee+nt. Also dis- <br />cussed easements, etc. Service Director Caster explained the system of <br />drainage. It was brought ~t there have been meetings with the rssdraetts <br />and the Bnginsariag Dept. and the proposed method of drainage evolved as <br />a result of the meetings. Mr. Cole feels information he received is in- <br />correct and would like to have smother meeting before say easements are <br />signed. Service Director Caster stated he and Engineer will meet anytime <br />it is convenient for residents. Mr. Prokasy, Chaim Streets 6 Drainage <br />Coamittee ,stated his Committee will be glad to meet with Mr. Colp sad <br />the other residents involved. This situation h~ existed far stise. <br />Mr. Caster, Mr. West, Mr. Limpert, Mayor Christman and Bagideerag Dept. <br />have investigated sad the Engineering Dept. has recoss~eiaded a prc-per solution. <br />The drainage problem cannot be dragged on. There is a request to be eede <br />for legislation tonight to be able to proceed in that area became apwething <br />has to be done. That still leaves tine to work out the prciJ~-laass of the <br />individual property c~,ers.
