<br />Resolution No. 72-98 was introduced bq Kr. Prokasy and given its first reading.
<br />A Resolution authorising s refund of $1,280.55 far water asseasr~ts pre-
<br />viously levied on permanent parcel No. 233-7-4 and located within the Citq
<br />of North Olmsted.
<br />Resolution No. 72-99 was introduced by Mr. West and pavan its first reading.
<br />A Resolution accepting for record purposes only the Froehlich Subdivision.
<br />Ordinance No. 72-100 was introduced by dir. Lampert. An Ordinance adopting
<br />an Organizational Chart for the Administration to be headed by Msyror,
<br />as provided for in Article ZII, Section 1 through 5, inol~ive, Qf the
<br />Charter of the City of North Olmsted, and in addition thereto, prc~ridng
<br />positions for employees of this Department, and repealing Ordi~ce No.
<br />72-71, enacted June 6, 1972, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lirpsrt

<br />Resolution No. 72-101 was introdur.+ed bq Mr. Prokasy seed given its first
<br />reeding. A Resolution declar~.ng it necessary to construct a water line
<br />on Oring Drive, from the intersection of Oring Drive and Martin Drive
<br />West 400 feet, and declaring as eaeergencq.
<br />Resolution No. 72-102 was introduced by Mr. Lampert. A Resolution amthorf.-
<br />zing the Mayor to negotiate for the property known as the Union Oil
<br />Companp, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lampert moved far suspension
<br />of rule requiring three separate xeadings, seconded by Imo. nest. Affirma-

<br />Mr. Lampert moved for adoption of Resolution, seconded by Mr. nest.

<br />Under Old Business: Mrs. Beringer inquired as to status of traffic
<br />light at Claque & McNeth which was put back into Coseeittee. Mr. Lia~ert
<br />stated Finance Committee will study same.
<br />Under New Nosiness: Mr. West requested legislation to relocate street
<br />known as West 3G8 St. in the Zehman, Walf ~ Shexman S~-division N~a. 1 tetd 2.
<br />Mr. Prokasy requested the f©llowing legi~statioa: 1) legislataae for the
<br />Law Director to proceed under Obia Revised Code Section 715.47 to eorrect
<br />the drainage con3ition in the Dams. Drive area; 2) legislation to refund
<br />an amount of $212.40 already paid and to remcnre the balance of sami.tary
<br />sewer aaessment of $2,911.62 on p.p. X232-19-33.
