Cormdtts~e approvr~! and legislation will be requested to approve for record pusposes only; 2) Parking layout for Gold Circle Store that will be on Brookpark ii~ctsnsion. Parking meets all of City's codes and Con^~ittee recosmends approval. Mr. West lade a motion that parking layout far Gold Circle Store be approved. Nation seconded by Mr. Bc»hur. Affirmative vote 8oehmer, Giessen, Li~ert, Prokasy, Speedling, West. Notion carried. 3) Nagy Weatview Upholstery Store -reviewed parking layout and Cosssittee recosmends approval. Mr. West made a motion that the parking layout for Nagy Wa~tvew t>pholatery Store be approved. Notion seeoaded by Mr. Gisaser. Affir~retivt vote Boehmer, Giessen, Lampert, Prokaay, Speedling, West. Motive carried. 4) B. Z. & D. C~edttee and Council as a Wools held Public Rearing on June 5, 1972, on Ord. No. 72-49 calling for rezoning of parcel of groumd in Bretton Ridge No. 1 Svbdivisi~ra aLoag Christman Drive froa co~rercial to B Residence. Committee reooaaMes~ds that Ord. No. 72-49 be approved. 5) discussed an ordinance to stipulate City's stead on underground electri- cal and telephone wires in subdivisions such as other cities hav+s. Bight now we have a persissive ordinance, and Cossdttee could like thin referred to Legislation Cossittee so that a proposed ordinancx can be drawn. 1~e Legislation Coss~ittes is in receipt of copy of Rocky River's ordinance and others are available.
