Under Old Business: President O Neill asked status of old dry cleaning establishment. Mr. Boehmer said this will be torn down shortly. President O'Neill discussed with Council date for a aeeting of Coua+cil as a Whole, Law Director and Building Coaad.ssionar. Under New Business: Mr. Giessen requested legislation regarding collection of refuse in commercial and multi family residence establishments. Mrs. Beringer requested legislation meewrializing the General Assembly to enact appropriate iegislatioa to require a mandatory deposit cm beverage containers. Irir. Bvahmer requested legislation authorizing the Mayor to eater into ~ agreesent with the Board of County Commissioners for thermoplastic pavement mericings of Brookpark Rd. within the City. Mr. Prokasy requested legislation authorizing the Service Director to advertise for bids and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for ~scessary repairs to sanitary sewers in certain locations.
