<br />if car stalls in drlvswty this legislation prohibits calling a mechanic to fix

<br />Mrs. Sarin stated CoaNeittse was concerned with repairing of cars that would
<br />seen the taking of cars apart -not emergency repairs as such.Discussion contimsed.
<br />Mr. Lampert comsaanted repairing of a headlight should sot be ob,~ectionable.
<br />Mr. Glasser stated he does sot think it directlp necessary to pass legislation
<br />that affects the majority of the people for a few bad apples.
