Ordinance No. 73-76 was introduced by Mr. Limpart and given its first reading. An Ordinance establishing comma:anon to be paid to the Bus Drivers of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and repealing Ord. No. 73-58, enacted Jane 5, 1973, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 73-77 was introduced by Mr. Lampert and given its first readtag. Resolution No. 73-79 was introduced by Mr. West and given its first reading. A Resolution accepting for record purposes only the Jenkins Road 16e-Subdivision. Resolution No. 73-80 was introduced by Mr. West and given its first reading. A Resolution accepting for record purposes only the easterly extension of Country Club Boulevard from the existing teradnus east~rardly, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 73-81 was introduced by Mr. West and given its first reading. An Ordinance amending the Zone Map adapted as part of Ord. No. 62-33 {limawn as the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted) by changing the designation thereon of certain land from its present dasignatian thereon ss Class A Residential District to Multiple Residence District. Under Old Business: Mr. Lampert referred to grading of Blossom Dover f2 and asked Mr. Karhan if obligation has bean completed. Mr. Karhan stated this work has been done; the lots Mr. Viola referred to are not invplved in covering of the ditch. Mr. Lampert requested Mr. Karhan to use the sataae method in order to obtain satisfactory results. Service Director Caster referred to ordinances on the Wastewater Trestmant System and Service Department. City is meeting with repraaentativ~as of the Service Department and representatives of AFL-CIO. Have had 8 asetiags ts3ring to thrash out the wording of the agreesent. Expect to have two more msetir~gs this week awd possibly get to some mutaal understanding vn the accac~a3.cs. Would like to~recaar-end at next Council meeting these two ordi be put on suspension as the changes in the ordinances just entails the supervision. Mr. West asked Mr. Karhan status of cost project for improveaent of HcS~sia Road.
