Ackrayd in the amount of $102.44, which $102.44 was paid in error by F. L. 4 S. Ackroyd, levying a sanitary asset assessment on permanent parcel No. 231-32-34 for the tax 1972 to 1991 in the amount of $102.44 per year. Under 41d Easiness: Mr. Li~ert referred to legislation pertaining to packer trucks acrd asked Mayor Christman status of neg+stiations with Service Departt. Mayor Christman stated meetings have been held weekly with Negotiating Coadttee of Service Dept. and District Council 78. Discussions to date have bean on non-economic terms of the agreement; will be starting into ecoaseic factors early in July. Mr. Lampert asked Mr. Rarhan what has been done regarding Blossom Dower ~2 grading. Mr. 1Carhan stated Mr. Hayes had been contacted eo~etme ago to do this. Mr. Rarhan has stopped all of his work in the City ~ti1 he does this particular parcel.
