Mrs. Saringer referred to spsaying of mosquitoes and asked Council appre~val for purchase of a specific product if it becomes necessary to spray. Council dis- cussed pros and cons of spraying. Mr. Giesser requested legislation ~rsndiag Building Cade to upgrade installation requireffients to R 19 and R 11 for walls and roofing.
