An Ordinance amending the Zone Map adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 (known as the Zoning Cede of the City of North Opted) by c& the designation thereon of certain lead froze its pxes~t designation as "B" Residence District to "A" Residence District. Ordinance No. 73-5 intraducecl by Mr. West was giv+~ its second reading. An Ordinance vacating psrtions of Zehman Street, accepting for dedication the relocation of same, and changing the name of Zehman Street to West 308 Street. Ordinance No. 73-35 introduced by Mrs. Beringer was given its second reading. An Ordinance repealing Section 1349.02 and Section 1349.03 of the forth Olmsted Codified Ordinances entitled "Garbage Incinerators". Ordinance No. 73p-41 introduced by Mr. Giesser was given its second reading. An Ordinance by the Gity Council of the City of North 03mstead, (yhio, establishing a moratorium on the acceptance of applications for the fra~tchise of a cable television system, and on the granting of s franchise for a cable television system to operate within the corporate limits of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, sad autriang participation in a regional co~srission for cable television, aml authorising the expenditure of funds from the cite Lressury for the conducting of a study of cable television, and declaring an euergency. Ordinance No. 73-42 intraduc~ed by Mr. West was given its second reading. A Resolution accepting for record puxposes only the M.S.M. Subdivision lAo. 1. Mr. West moved for suspauiom of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Boehs~er. Affirmative vote: Boehe-er, Giesser, Prokasy, Beringer, Speedling, West. Mr. West explained this legislation was held up for City and Metropoliteu Park puspoaes far one month and it is only fair that approval be received as soon as possible. Mx.
