Council Mirnites of Z-6-73 --6- Under Old Business: Mr. West asked Mr. Karhan far clarification on approving relocated 252. I~Ir. Karhan stated the State will not do any further work on the drawings of relocated Z5Z until they are assured of a comment ordinance from Westlake pertaining to drainage. Westlake i~ists the State do the North part of ZSZ and take care of drainage first before they do the southern part which `mould be the North Olmsted part. Mr. Giessen requested legislation aaaeanding the Housing Code by adding a Henn section requiring underground wiring for electric power and street lights in new subdivisions of 10 or more late. President O'Neill asked Mr. Giessen if anything has beeen dog as to the study on whether or not apartment tamers can be stopped from ssliing suites ~ condominiums.
