<br />of Control moved ahead.
<br />ROLL CALL ON MOTION: Affirmative vote: Giesser, Goggin, Lampert, Saringer,
<br />Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried.
<br />Mrs. Sharpe, Chairman Public Safety, ~iealth & Welfare Committee, reported
<br />Committee reviewed application far a D-1-2-3 for Dorothy Regnatz, 26127 Lorain
<br />Road, and Coamaittee has no t+bjections.
<br />Mr. Lampert mowed the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate in
<br />connection with Ord. Na. 74-146, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Giesser,
<br />Goggin, Lampert, Beringer, Sharpe, West, tdilamosky. Motion carried. Finance
<br />Director Gerlach furnished Fiscal Offic~ar's Certificate.
<br />Ordinance No. 74-146 was introduced by Mr. Lampert. An Ordinance authorising
<br />the issuance of $362,218 Motes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the
<br />purpose of providing additional funds for improving the recreational facilities of
<br />the City by constructing, furnishing and equipping a building to house ~ ice skating
<br />rink, swimming pool, tennis courts and a~rpurtenant facilities, cot~strudiag, a
<br />toboggan slide, and acquiring, davelopiag and improving the site therefor, and
<br />declaring au emergency. Mr. Lim~ert nerved for susgeasion of ale requiring three
<br />separate readings, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Giesser, Coggin,
<br />Lampert, Saringer, Sharpe, West, t~ilamcrsky. Mr. Lampert moved for adoption,
<br />seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Giesser, Coggin, Li~ert, Beringer,
<br />Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 74-146 adopted.
