Mr. West asked then to run off calculations at 6 or 6 1/2 <br />for effect it would have. Discussion continued. <br />Mr, Wilamosky stated so much time and effort and City funds has t into this <br />project that there is na other way to go except to move at ~xt regular Cr~uacil. <br />Meeting and act favorably on Res. No. 74-119 ataat advertise for bids. Ordinance <br />reads Board of Control will review the bids and Council will review rec da- <br />tion of Board of Control. Feels the City needs thi: recreation - is concerned <br />that the Center will have so~ae effect on the economics of City Government. <br />Feels with the figures that have been presented to date and should the bids <br />be returned and are realistic -there is no other way to go except to bring <br />a rec center into this community. <br />Mr. West moved fox adjourmeent, seconded by Mr. Lampert.
