An Ordinance authorising <br />and directing the cancellation of special asseasm~ts as certain permanent <br />parcels being an assessment for preparative of plans-and spaciflcativns for <br />sanitary suss, and declaring m enargsacy. Mr. Liipert moved for suspansioa <br />of rule requiring three separate ram, secandsd by Mr. Go Affirmative <br />vote: Giesser, Goggin, L#a~pert, Aare, Sharrpe, (last, WiLsmaesl~y. Mr. Liaepert <br />moved for adoption, sesvoaad by l~far. Affirmative votes Giesa-ar, Coggin, <br />Lampert, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Nlaky. Motion carried. Ord. loo. 74-lOfi <br />adopted. <br />Resolution Igo. 74-107 was introduced by Mr. Wils~asky. A Resolution authorizing <br />and directing the Mayor to app~.icatiQn to the Cuya~roga Corsnt3r Board of <br />Commissioners for approval to use C+~ralm~a County Motor 'i-ahicle $S.~ License <br />Tax Funds for participation with tie C+dalety in the fa~rovemaa~t as-d repair of <br />Aridga Mo. 22 oa Cedar Point Road in the City of North Olffitad, aaKl daclsrseg <br />an amerg~cy. Mr. Childs was unseats of this - Mr. Wilamosky will check with Mr. <br />Childs next week. <br />Mrs. Beringer asked Mayor Christeen if there is anything new regarding Barclay <br />Square Lawsuit. Mayor Chrstssn sxplal~ed what lawyers are doing. Believes <br />Council will be receiving letter from iswyers for depositions. <br />Mrs. Beringer asked Mr. Best about stop sign for Marion Rd. Mr. West will bring <br />this up at next Committee meeting. <br />Mr. Lampert discussed with Law Director Gareau the status of Glendenning ditch. <br />Mr. Lampert will discuss further with Law Director Gareau. <br />Mr. Wilamosky reported he talked to Mr. Guady on condemned havde on Porter Rd. <br />which is half down. Due to inclaAent weather equipment on property unable to <br />move. Will go in and clean area up dust as soon as weather will allow. <br />Mr. Wilamosky asked Clerk of Council if there has been any response to letters <br />sent to attorneys in City asking their assistance in representing it.gt cases <br />brousht to Rocky River Municipal Court. The Clerk stated she has received three <br />letters so far -and is waiting for ether attorneys to respond back. <br /> <br />
