Mayor Chrstssn sxplal~ed what lawyers are doing. Believes <br />Council will be receiving letter from iswyers for depositions. <br />Mrs. Beringer asked Mr. Best about stop sign for Marion Rd. Mr. West will bring <br />this up at next Committee meeting. <br />Mr. Lampert discussed with Law Director Gareau the status of Glendenning ditch. <br />Mr. Lampert will discuss further with Law Director Gareau. <br />Mr. Wilamosky reported he talked to Mr. Guady on condemned havde on Porter Rd. <br />which is half down. Due to inclaAent weather equipment on property unable to <br />move. Will go in and clean area up dust as soon as weather will allow. <br />Mr. Wilamosky asked Clerk of Council if there has been any response to letters <br />sent to attorneys in City asking their assistance in representing it.gt cases <br />brousht to Rocky River Municipal Court. The Clerk stated she has received three <br />letters so far -and is waiting for ether attorneys to respond back. <br /> <br />
