Ordinance No. 74-71 was introduced by tfr. hest and given its first reading. An Ordinance aswending the Traffic Csmtrol Map asml File of the City crf i~rth Olmsted by changing the "no left tum".sign at Dover Center road and i~l.11 Road to "no left turn from 4: Q4 p.m. to 8:~ p.m." Ordinance No. 74-72 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. An Ordinance authorising the Mayor to enter into sn agre~t with Walter A. Drone Casgrany to revise the Traffic Code, update the Gssexal Offem~ Code, revise and change the fad~c of the Codified Ordinmcea of the City of Uc+tth Olmsted accordingly, ~ declaring an emergency. President O'Neill referred Ordn~ece Igo. 74-73 to the Building, Zoning & Development Comatittee as same had not been referred to this Committee. Resolution No. 74-74 was introduced by Mr. Lampert. A Resolution authorising the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids far one used truck with stake body and lift p~gr gate for wre in the Service Department and declaring an urgency. Mr. Lis~ert moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mrs. SlueYpe. Affirmative vote: Coggin, Lispert, Sariager, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Mr. Lampert moved for adoption, seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. Affirmative vote: Coggin, Lisepert, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Aes. No. 74-74 adopted. Ordinance No. 74-75 was introduced by Mr. Lite~aert. An Ordimm~ce establishing the organizational chart for the ineering Department of the City of ~torth Olmsted, and setting forth the cosipensation to be paid employees thereof, sad resealing Ord. No. 73-67, enacted July 17, 1973, and declaring an esesrgeeacy. Mr. Lampert moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, s+ecvsd+ad by Mr. West. After the meeting Mr. Wilamosky stated he considex~d the fasts and discussion ue-dertairmn at this meeting.
