Mr. Lis~ert moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate <br />readings, seconded by Mrs. SlueYpe. Affirmative vote: Coggin, Lispert, Sariager, <br />Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Igo. 74-75 and consensus. After the meeting Mr. <br />Wilamosky stated he considex~d the fasts and discussion ue-dertairmn at this meeting. <br />At this time he thinks Council should consider carefully before swving ahead and <br />changing the organiaeational chart. ~ gtr~tions whether tie D~arts~t xill <br />function in a better manner with this position although there is ~ expiration <br />date of three months.
