<br />Council Minutes of 1-2-74 <br />-4- <br />Mr. Lampert referred to inspection he had made i~ a building wherein stairway <br />was dark and there was no lighting. Mr. Lampert reviewed ordinance and does not <br />feel this is covered. Suggests "emergency lighting" should be brought before <br />Board of Building Code Appeals and requested this be referred to Committee for <br />review. President O'Neill referred same to Mr. Wilamosky, Chairman Intro-Govern <br />mental Relations & Legislation Committee, to contact Building Comaassioner Gundy. <br />Mr. Lampert commented on landscape at Kuhlman Oldsmobile and feels this should be <br />an example for other businesses along Lorain Rd. It would be an asset to the City. <br />President O'Neill extended Council's sincere thanks for excellent cooperation <br />given by Mr. Peterson of the Sun Newspapers, and wished him continued success <br />in his next endeavor. <br />Mr. West moved for ad3ournment, seconded by Mr. Lampert.
