Council Minutes of 10-21-75 -6- Mr. Lampert moved the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate in connection with Ordinance No. 75-221, seconded by Mr. Goggin. Affirarative vote: Beaty, Goggin, Lin~paxt, Saringer, Sharpe, blast, Wilamosky. t3otion carried. Finance Director Gerlach furnished Certificate. Ordinance No. 75-221 was introduced by Mr. Lia~pert and given its first reading. An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of raamsral etas in a~tticipation of the issuance of bonds for the purpose of psc~tidiag fcuids for the acquf.sition of real estate needed for the extension of Brovic~arie Road. Ordinance No. 75-222 was introduced by Mr. Beaty and given its first reading. An Ordinance establishing the mettwd by wfii~ faaas far the use of the facilities of the Recreation Center are to be fixed, anti repealing Ordinance No. 75-197, and declaring as emergency. Ordinance No. 75-223 was introduced by Mr. Beaty and given its first reading. An Ordinance establishing the co~les+sxtt of the Naeraatiaa Center, affixing the co~ensation to be paid the mes~e7cs of the staff thereof, repealing Ordinance No. 75-214, entitled "An Ordi~aance astaiblishing the co~lem~t of the Recrsaton Center affixing the coa~easatit~n to ba ~sid the nsabers of the staff therefore, ~d declaring an emergency", sad decias-ng an e~rergency. President O'Neill rdferred Ordinance t~os. 75-222 and 75-223 to point Committees of Recreation and Finance. Ordinance No. 75-224 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. An Ordinance providing for the amand~snt of the Zone Map of the City of Barth Olmsted, which Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of the Gity of ~rtb Olmsted, by changing the premises hereinafter described from single fas+ily resid+ance district to general retail busi~as district. Resolution No. 75-226 was introduced by Mr. Goggin and given its first reading. A Resolution accepting for recording purposes curly the t~saiity Concrete Su~divisian in the City of North Olmsted. Resolution No. 75-227 was introduced by Mr. Goggin and given its first reading. A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Aloysius J. and Anna F. Cellars Subdivision in the Cite of North Olmsted. Resolution No. 75-228 was introduced by Mr. Goggin and given its first reading. A Resolution accepting far recording purposes only the Pelech Subdivision in the City of North Olmsted. Ordinance No. 75-229 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordin~ce establishing a Concessions Division within the Recreation Center Complex, and declaring an urgency. Mr. West explained the ordinance. Mr. West moved for suspetnsian of rule reQuiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Listpert. Affirrative vote: Beaty, Goggin, Lampert, Saringer, Sharpe, hest, Wilamosky. Mr. West moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Lia~rt. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Coggin, Lampert, Saringer, Sharpe, Went, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 75-229 adopted, Resolution No. 75-230 was introduced by Mrs. Saringer and given its first reading. A Resolution requesting the Director of Righways of the State of Ohio to determine and declare the reasonable and safe prima facie speed limit on ~lalter Road, a through highway, from Lorain Road north to the Westlake City Baits, at 25mles per hour.
