<br />Under Old Business:
<br />President O'Neill requested Mr. Childs after he has had an opportunity to review
<br />the information relative to the elevation of the ditches, etc.. - to give the
<br />Marcia' Brothers a call relative to such inforroatian. Mr. Childs to do so.
<br />Under New Business:
<br />Mr. Wilamasky referred to a number of calls he has received from parents of
<br />Junior High School studeenta that reside ion the western end of the City. The
<br />parents would like to sae if at all possible additional transportation for the
<br />Junior Aigh students in a westerly direction. tie hoe received calls frssa~ gar-ants
<br />in the McKenaie Rd., Stearns $d., Barton lid., and Bretton Ridge areas. From what
<br />Mr. Wilamasky has learned there era taro buses that do service the 3ua3.ar Ni.gls
<br />students in an easterly direction of flee Junior High, but the tr rtatioes in
<br />the westerly directions could require: sonme i~rov~aeenst. Mr. Wilauswiky r~uested
<br />the Transportation Comusitteee to check into this. Presideent O''lieill referred
<br />request to Mr. West,- Chairmen Transportation Co~i.ttee.
<br />Mr. Wilamosky asked Fineenee Director Gerlach if it would be possible to obtain
<br />information as to status of our currant outstanding duet; wlsatt the City's capa-
<br />bilities are to issue a~idtieesal general obligation bonds; also would 'like a
<br />breakdown of the total debt service and all of the bends that hscve bs+sn issued.
<br />Finance Director Gerlach will furnish this information to Mr, Wlamoeiky.
<br />Mrs.. Beringer referred to loaf collection -and asked Mr. Case-ter if any system
<br />,~ has been worked out as to how and ~ the leaf collectic~nn will be tartdencted. Mr.
<br />Caster said a schedule is being wortced out now -should be available in a week for
<br />distribution to the papers.
