Wa. 76-98) Mhich is on second reading tonight. Subdivision is on tha Gist sida of Wellesley nand is subdividing three lots into tMO. Committee has no objections. Mrs. Sharpe nc-ved Council spprave the snhdviding of this property, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Boehs~er, Coggin, Sarver, Sharpe, West, t~fillanosky. Motion carried. 4) Goeaitteae discussed the Mini Btothets Subdivision (lies. l+to. 76-97) Mhich is on aecor~d reading tonight and is at~bdividiag tvw late into one. Property is located on Brendan & Lorain xds. Cosoeittee has no objections. Mrs. Sharpe moved Cotmcil apfrrove this subdivision, seconded by Mr. Coggin. Discussion ensued as to necessity for notion. LsM Director Gareau stated a motion is not necessary. 5} Committee discussed the & r Subdivision located on Raachview Avenve and Committee has no objections. Mrs. Sharpe moved Council approve sa+os perming final approval from the &~inaeriag Department and final inprovaneat pianos. ?lotion seconded by Mr. Coggin. Affirmative vote; Boelt~r, Coggin, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. 6) Costaittee discussed parking and layout of Rini Brothers Plan and Committee has ao objections. Mrs. Sharpe moved Council approve the parking and layout plans of Riai Brothers pending approval from Hagineeting Aepartmsnt, seconded by Mr. Coggin. Affirmative vote: $oehmer, Gogggia, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. 7) Cormi.ttee discussed the plans of Mr. Jiffy for parking, layout and landscaping on the south side of Lorain &!. and Committee has no objections. Mrs. Sharpe moved Council approve the lapaut, ~andscsping and parking of Mr. aiffy, seconded by Mr. 6ogsin. Affirmative vats: Boehmer, Goggia, Saring+er, Sharpe, West, Wilanosky. Motion carried.
